  • 5 potatoes
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 100 g kaizer
  • vegeta, pepper
  • oil

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pan-fried potatoes:

Peel the potatoes and cook whole with a little salt for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the water, allow to cool slightly and cut thicker slices.

Finely chop the onion, cut the kaizer into strips and add a little oil, let it cook for a few minutes, then remove everything on a plate, on a paper napkin.

In a wok pan put oil and put the slices of potatoes in turn to brown on both sides, remove on a kitchen napkin.

Serve hot with pancetta and hardened onions.

Sprinkle the spices on top.
