rub the eggs with the sugar, oil and lard until they become creamy, then add the baking soda quenched with vinegar and flour. make a soft dough that comes off the hand. it is divided into 2 parts. one is made into a sheet and spread in a greased pan, over which the grated apples are added, then cinnamon, sugar and vanilla and a little semolina on the edges to absorb the apple juice in case they are not squeezed well. the other dough is made into a sheet or grated on top, as I did.
keep in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes on the right heat.
after it cools a little, sift the powdered sugar on top.
