I prepared this soup with fresh pork. It was super tasty.
- 1 kg pork
- 3 carrots
- 2 root parsley
- 2 potatoes
- 2 stems of celery
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 capsicum
- 1 red onion
- 1 leek thread
- 1 glass of frozen green peas
- 50 ml oil
- salt
- green parsley

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Peasant pork soup:
Clean and wash the vegetables.
Cut carrot slices and parsley root. Chop the onion, leek and pepper.
Lightly fry these vegetables together with the pork cut into smaller pieces.
Finely chop the tomatoes and add them to the heat.
Pour 3-4 l of water. Salt and boil.
When the carrots and the meat have penetrated, add the diced potatoes + finely chopped celery.
Boil for another 10 minutes and add the green peas.
After 5 minutes, remove from the heat and serve with plenty of greens.
