  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of dehydrated plums

It is easy to prepare, it is eaten immediately. If you like simple diet recipes, you will definitely love this dietary strudel with apple and oats which does not contain flour or fat.

It often happens to me that I feel like one healthy and fast dessert and that's how I get to prepare one dietary strudel. Sometimes I prepare it for breakfast. I almost always have the ingredients I need in the kitchen, so I take 5 minutes to prepare it. I just have to mix all the ingredients for the dough, then I spread the dough on a baking sheet, I fill it with apples given on the grater, I sprinkle some fragrant cinnamon on top, I roll it and it's ready.
