I made this wonderful cake last year for my beloved father's birthday!
I found it at "Cheerful Chefs" on the blog with a different decor ..... and I can only thank them,. it turned out delicious, and my father was very excited!

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Prepare a cocoa top from the above ingredients.

The creams are prepared as follows: the chocolate is mixed with whipped cream and put on low heat only until the chocolate dissolves. Let it cool for an hour and a half then froth with the mixer at high power. At the end it is flavored with essences. leave to cool, then add the rum essence.

The cooled top is cut into 3 sheets, the first sheet is syruped, white cream is added, the second sheet is put, pressing lightly, this is also syruped and we add the second cream. -a thin layer of cream and keep it cold for a few hours.

Over the well-cooled cake add the icing prepared as follows: chocolate, whipped cream and butter are kept on low heat until they melt to form a thick icing. Before the icing hardens, decorate it to your liking ... .
